Aaron M. Raffle

A Technology Executive, Innovator & Entrepreneur

With nearly 30 years of experience in technology leadership, software development, project management, and business process engineering, Aaron M. Raffle is a seasoned executive dedicated to driving innovation and efficiency. His expertise spans full-stack software development, enterprise application architecture, DevOps, AI-driven automation, and large-scale IT project management.

As a Senior Solutions Architect for Northern Virginia Community College, Aaron has led enterprise-wide software initiatives, crisis communication systems, and business process automation. Previously, as Director of Enterprise Application Services, he managed multimillion-dollar IT projects, oversaw vendor relations, and implemented strategic technology transformations. His experience in project management includes leading teams using Agile, Scrum, and waterfall methodologies to deliver complex enterprise solutions.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Aaron is an entrepreneur, having founded multiple technology firms providing IT consulting, infrastructure solutions, and custom software development. His extensive background in managing geographically dispersed teams, budget oversight, and implementing AI-driven solutions positions him as a thought leader in the technology space.

In addition to his technology career, Aaron has a passion for football coaching, having held coaching roles at George Mason University and multiple high schools. He brings the same strategic thinking, leadership, and team-building skills from the field to the boardroom.
