Pre-Payment of Service Hours: Clients are able to pre-pay for service hours. These hours can be used for virtual meetings, remote support or in-person service (if available). Travel charges may be incurred for in-person service.
Block of Time Discounts: Clients who use 4 hours of a particular service will receive a 15% discount on those hours. Those who use a block of 8 or more hours will receive a 30% discount on those hours.
Monthly Retainers: Clients who subscribe to our monthly retainer services receive a 50% discount on all hours related to their particular retainer service. Monthly retainer discounts will not be available until the first retainer payment has been cleared.
